Discuss the post - What was in error in my post. I haven't looked at the filings but every deal has escape clauses and ways that it will fall apart. Thus, it was not a "sure thing," but merely a speculative opportunity. That's the difference between us. I'm honest and you're a Promoter, claim your speculative picks are "SURE WINNERS." You lucked out and made nice money it. But it wasn't a 10 bagger. .033 to .05 - most of us consider that pocket change LOL.
