Now - no personal attacks here inchingup, Mr. Promoter. You said that people that post on message boards about their stocks are Promoters. You also said that your stocks are "SURE WINNERS." You also said that you don't pick speculative stocks. Yet, I've shown in a series of posts that TOVC is, per your own definition, a VERY RISKY POS, dilution ongoing. Preferreds to operate A/S going up by 10X NO EARNINGS heck NO REVENUES PE infinite P/S INFINITE Current Ratio - AWFUL - BK type numbers (see prior post) S-8 outstanding But consultants and management get theirs.
