That is something junior wants to provoke. He needs it so he can use that new ray gun type weapon on his own citizens. If he uses it on us it would be harder for the world court and UN and whoever else to say it should be a banned weapon. Junior's minions will say, hey it isn't a bad weapon, it's a perfectly safe crowd control weapon, we've even used it for that here in the states.
