Secondly, it is a matter of high probability that the $.16 printed was a "buy", not a "sell".

This is where you have put the dunce cap right on your noggin. LBWR is "unsolicited" AKA "1-sided pink". There are no MM's buying. It's just matched trades. For every trade there is a buyer and seller, get it? Pinksheets 101. Yawn.
