Most of us could tell some pretty disgusting car repair stories. I drove my car out of the repair shop after an oil change and tire rotation last Saturday morning. Something didn't sound right in the suspension. I got about a mile away and instead of stopping I turned around and drove it back. There were still two lug nuts on one rear wheel. If I had gone much further, the wheel would have fallen off. It had sat outside overnight. the owner of the shop openly wondered if someone had tried to steal the wheel. Attempting to deflect responsibility hurt his respectability. The shop has made some other mistakes. The next minor mistake will terminate the relationship.
