Did anyone see the Form 13G filed today by Columbia Wanger Asset Management? It states they now own about 12.5% of the company, and I am wondering if this means they are going to agitate for a seat on the board, and will suggest strongly that the company immediately initiate a share repurchase plan? Appreciate any replies.
