I believe management really planned this preannouncement on purpose in
term of timing. Since tomorrow is the last day for 3Q window
dressing, the pressure of selling is going to be much higher. And
that is what the management wants. They want to drive the price to
much lower level, say low $20's. So they can look like an hero by
year-end if the stock goes back up $40+.
