LOL......OK....but lets make sure we understand one or two things...I am NOT advocating SLJB's disclaimer or saying 'I like it' or 'there is nothing wrong with it'....imo, it reads like a horror story, so lets make sure we are on the same page. My point is that most every company in this arena uses a 'save my butt riley worded' disclaimer...for very obvious reasons.

I am not saying I like this.......it's just the way it is for all companies in this arena...heck, even the blue chippers on the big boards are using 'cover my butt' disclaimers more and more....If I had my way, any company not FULLY REPORTING would not be trading, but I dont run this show, so.......And what does the disclaimer mean anyway? Not much. If you gamble in this arena, you expect to see disclaimers like that.....and no matter the wording, it really has no effect on the PPS.....as evidenced by the fact you really hate SLJB's disclaimer, yet it hasnt changed much, it always read like a horror story, but that didnt stop it from running 10,000%. In this arena, a stock will do what it does and the disclaimer the company uses does not effect whether the stock will go up or down....
