Why not just wait for a break of the downtrend?
Kind of looks like people are trying to turn a dog into a star. Weird when just about every metal stock out there is doing well. Have to try really hard to not do well.
IMO it ties into a deep seeded unwillingness for some to win.

Hard to see the SAs keeping up here with them raising rates 50 bps
