NSM just reported FAB utilization rate of 58%. Intel is sitting on some $4B in P4 inventory that nobody wants. It wouldn't be prudent for them to build CMW at 100% utilization rate if the market can only take say 65%. This is not a good situation for Intel or AMD. Intel is putting AMD's margins in a vise and squeezing them with the P4 from the low end and with the CMW from the high end.
