52% is still a high number. And I believe that the people who took the zogby poll understood clearly the word "consider" and that is reflected in the poll. If they said "should" it would have surely lowered that number.

It's like leading a horse to water. I would venture to guess that if the Dems come out strong with investigations right off the bat without raising concensus with the american people, it would hurt the dems more than it would hurt bush. But on the other hand, I bet if the dems were smart about it and hit the administration around the edges ie.. massive looting of our tax payers money in Iraq, and even Katrina. Get the public's attention and then move onto bigger and better things, then I bet you could get a high number for impeachment. The public just has to be prepped and not only the republicans can play that game
