Cape Verde, it already has, and the British are buying!!!! Was researching this last week. 4 hour direct flights from London....... The Island of Sal, no water or rain. Limited sewage. A rather boring place. Other than sun and beach. A one bedroom is going for near 140,000. Investment money coming in from China, Europe and everywere else. Land has gone up 1300% in 10 years. An island in the middle of nowhere, sand and rock. No plant life, just a beach. The average salary in Senegal on the mainland $3 a day. How would you like to leave your little condo sitting under lock and key. The radio will not be there when you get back. West
