This statement is not correct. They were determined by a investigative body to be in violation. That body had no enforcement power. Intel's side was never presented because the remedy was trivial.

Japan's FTC investigated Intel's business practices and issued a ruling. You're wriggling.

Is this proof? Of course not but AMD is involved in an anti-trust investigation, not Intel.

Actually, Intel is involved in several anti-trust investigations.

Germany/EU, South Korea...
