Ephud, I've got a couple of questions...how can you prove price fixing given that there were no huge profits obtained. How is the consumer harmed in this case if all the money was re-invested into R&D and support for the consumer? Given that intel has been making the lion's share of profits couldn't they easily have re-invested some of those profits into better graphics processors? Inquiring minds want to know...
