I have a hard time at fast food places. Now that I'm watching my diet it's no problem because there is nothing there I can eat. My wife would get embarrassed often.

We were in Nebraska at a McDonald's and wife and kids and I are going to have some health food. I'm already ornery because you would think my wife and kids were looking at a gourmet menu and it takes them 5 minutes to finally decide. Grrr. Anyhow this women behind the counter says can I help you and I say Jenny would like a hamburger, fries and coke, she says do you mean a number 1? I look up and sure enough a number one. I then say Amanda would like a cheeseburger, fries and mellow yellow and she says do you mean a number 2. BP is in soaring mode and I look up and sure enough I mean a number 2. I order wife's and she asks if I mean a number 7 and I growl, sure and I order a double cheeseburger, fries and diet coke and she says do you mean, and I blew. I said lady I don't give a flying F*ck what number it is, give me a GDamned double cheeseburger, fries and diet coke. Can you Fing handle that!

Wife drags kids away mumbling, lady behind the counter looks like she is going to have a stroke but after looking at my face wisely decides against any further conversation and just completes my order:)
