ElM, the capital doesn't spread by magic or by capitalists handing it over to deadbeats wastrels. I am the globalisation, you are the enactor.

I invest in QCOM, they hire Indians who move or don't move to USA, but work for QCOM, inventing software to make cyberphones hum, which powers Huawei's gadgets which are sold around the world. Japanese lend money to L M Ericsson who build networks around the world. The Japanese get the money by selling Toyotas to Americans. Americans get the money by printing it as well as protecting QCOM patents.

There is another aspect to globalisation I still have to develop which is the Qi cybercurrency. That will really spread not just the capital but the ownership of that capital. At the moment, all USD are owned by Big Ben who can dilute it as much as he likes. Helicopter Ben is his nickname.

I collect my cut and spend it here. You collect your cut and spend it there. Yes, it spreads.
