I got the impression the court ruling was based more on the fact that Broadcom failed to prove any of their case rather than everything being kosher.
You may want to revisit that one.

Thinking anti-trust matters have been disposed of because of Broadcom's ineptitude in dealing with the matter could be one's achilles heel.
At the very least, it demonstrates a short sightedness not found in your other postings.

With their ITC affair, I suspect Broadcom's chosen route was not accidental. One always has to be careful estimating matters. Painting false pictures during war can lead to underestimation and defeat. Continual actions on such a path might lead others into thinking one is acting more along the line of ...



How about the EU, KTF and JFTC? Won't the challenges there be thought through much, much better? Wasn't Broadcom's ITC affair (along with the New Jersey and Deleware challenges) only undertaken to tease out the issues? Isn't the real anti-trust ammunition being built as we type?

I don't know if they got licencing completely right, but it's probably close enough to make all our days.
The cards yet to be played are much more important than what's on the table.
