'..so far off the mark with your economic thoughts they are useless!!' Someone needs to tell him about our new socialized ownership society or that the world doesn't revolve around realtors and homebuilders except for Florida. And even in Florida we are at 3% unemployment a year into the bust. Baffling to me but not know it all's like Mish who can be so wrong and yet believe that as a result he is getting closer to his holy grail.. It's like the folks on the Ben Jones blog in California that have been renting forever and waiting 8 years to buy a home out there and are still waiting and hoping..Yes they are getting closer by the minute. I hear Manhattan was sold for $16 back in the early 1600's too and the ancestors of the Indian tribe just made an offer to buy it back below current market<g>
