well its 12/9, and nothing definative YET. Howsomever, even tho this shelf registration may well lead to serious dilution, no company trying to enter the energy arena by the back door, to play with the BIG DOGS, will ever be able to be independant, without a lot of equity financing. Given the company has incalcuable potential, we no doubt will be able to stand, some, I say SOME dilution. Right now I am getting rumblings from some Elliott Wave practioners, that crude objectives are rising, with some really scary numbers out there, SCARY unless you have a CTL or F-T energy conversion stock in your portfolio........ Now I have to go do some real DD and see what I can find. Good Luck & GodSpeed to all DG2
