 NEW YORK, NY, Nov 27, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Barclay Road, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BCYR), one of America's premier boutique book publishing houses, is pleased to announce that it has filed a Form 10-SB registration statement with the SEC to register its common stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, to become a full reporting company. The Form 10-SB filing is subject to review and comment by the SEC.
 The Company also intends to seek to list its common stock for trading on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. As a reporting company, the Company will be required to file annual reports on Form 10-KSB, quarterly reports on Form 10-QSB, and reports or unusual events on Form 8K.
