I believe she was 21 at the time she started having sex with her. She may have just turned 22. I see now that Chelsea is about six years younger than Monica. Perhaps she didn't have as much in common with her as I had previously thought. Poor Chelsea was all of 12 or 12 hen her father began to have sexual relations with that girl in the oval office.
