Bob,

I looked at your link, and yes, I know it says that book value is $46. However, this is not the case. Book is around $20. I am a former and current shareholder, so I ought to know. Not sure where they're pulling numbers from, but I wouldn't rely on them.

Weakness is probably because they haven't been able to work a buyout; and there's probably enough uncertainty about their earnings outlook to knock the price down some.
