INSIDERS CONVERT PREFERRED SHARES TO 1,100,000 COMMON SHARES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Approxiamately 1,100,000 shares of common stock were converted from a convertable preferred stock very recently. The conversion price was $1.00. At the time or the conversion the stock price was in the 80c-90c range. Aprox. 12 people converted their preferred stock ( mostly company insiders).
