That would explain Barcelona topping out at 2.5GHz. They are forced to use basically 4 of their mobile cores to keep power under control.

As for end of Q3... well that would still be "Mid-2007". Just barely. Of course, maybe there is another provider of this part that will be ready sooner. OTOH, late Q3 seems much more realistic, given the apparent state of Barcelona. But then what was the "introduction" business about in Q2 in AMD's PR? (It also said "available" in "mid-2007")
