All that is in da past..remember what happened back in april 05 when Imperal Oil told the Native American Indians who wanted payola to go screw? That put the brakes on the pipeline and APXR. stock went south of .30 never to recover until ___. Canadian Govt is now paying off these tribes bribes and all systems will be go.May not hear anything until 4/11/07 when the last hearing will be held in Yellowknife..Maybe sooner.Either way its a win win situation for APXR and its shareholders. IMHO
