Yep, i know them well. if you think TED is bad how about the company name? Yuck. I haven't met the new COO david Chen. i suppose i'll meet him at AEA. They've made some good staffing additions and departures in the last year or so. technology works and it eases the integration of multiple operating platforms for large organizations. even though NT is taking sales leadership it will be a decade before the old UNIX stuff is displaced. meantime TED helps unify and simplify support and development efforts. company really had an unfortunate incident when they had their ordering plans restructered with the gov right before the march quarter was finished. on top of a secondary too! stock acts good lately, it feels like someone knows something. Core opportunity could make these guys a $50million to $75 million run rate business for a few years. they have some cool java technology for the NC, but I'm skeptical about the NC opportunity. A Company management member lives next door to Lerach the litigator and they act like it. They don't provide ANY information flow to the investment community. This will keep a permanent lid on the multiple.
