First they state this:

Then they claim this:

When you are starting with absurdity like that what is the point of even listening to the rest.

But anyway...I hope they address compatibility issues so that any doctor seeing the patients can get these records, and a tougher question is how labs and xrays done at various far flung locations get their reports in the system and where such data will sit so it is easy to keep track of. And what about the doctors' own documentation of their office visits...will they be in the record and how will they get there? Dictated, transcribed digitally? Scanned?
