Thank you global dimming. So if we remove waste particles it accelerates global warming....now that's a thought.

Plus, what if the ocean warming 'timebomb' releases those globules of methane? Pretty frightening stuff.

We appear to be at the limits of understanding the complexities of the planet. I did see the interesting phenomenon of Florida having snow flurries while Minnesota was balmy and Atlanta being colder than (if I remember correctly) Boston.

I can't tell for sure but it certainly appears that the weather is getting much, much rougher. More heat, more rain, more cold, more storms. Heck, there was a tornado in London and an entire series of typhoons in the Philippines.

We thrive in a fairly narrow band of temperate climate so even small changes of a few degrees will have pretty ugly effects on civilization. I think mother nature is pretty pissed and she's a whole lot more powerful than we are.
