I'll throw in my 2 cents since I've been a season ticket holder since 1985. There was a time when The Birds played at the Vet that I swore my son would be of legal age to vote before I let him step foot into the Vet for an Eagles game. In the '80s the fans would turn on their own based on "how drunk the Vet was". That said, I can assure you that the Linc is a much better place all in all. I took my 7 year to his first set of regular season game this season (Giants, Cowboys and Skins). The hooligans are a small minority of all fans and it seems that their numbers are dwindling. I blame the media for sensationalizing and overblowing the real atmosphere at the Eagles games. I get to live on the other side this weekend and am going to the Eagles/Giants game at the Meadowlands. P.S. They got rid of the courtroom at the bottom of the stadium over 3+ seasons ago. After the Linc was opened, there was no longer a need.
