Today's news:

ILI Technologies sells $750,000 of products

2006-12-11 08:28 ET - News Release

Mr. Serge Bonnet reports

ILI TECHNOLOGIES RECEIVES NEW ORDERS TOTALING $750,000

ILI Technologies (2002) Corp. has signed new orders totalling approximately $750,000. These orders include pump and wire products, some Thermoflex tubing and complete installation using ILI's rigs. Product delivery and installation are expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2006 and first quarter of 2007. The products are being installed in Wyoming and Montana.

With the acquisition of CBM Pumps and Services last March and the subsequent purchase of new equipment, ILI is now able to offer a complete spectrum of products and services. This provides the company with the opportunity to quote on complete fields instead of selling product on a well-by-well basis as was historically done. As a result, ILI is now receiving substantially larger orders leading to record revenues and earnings.

Stated Serge Bonnet, president of ILI Technologies: "We are continuing our momentum into the first quarter of 2007. We have achieved record sales over the past five months and we are currently in the process of quoting on a number of large contracts and expect further orders to be finalized in the near future."
