Don't mean to butt in but Blood Simple is such a great movie. I believe it has the all time classic 'jumped out of my seat scene'. When M. Emment Walsh is after Frances McDormand and she escapes from a bathroom to an adjoining room. Walsh reaches around the window and the camera zooms in on his hand menacingly feeling the window sill of the adjoining room where Frances is hiding. You know the rest.

A second great scene is the Dan Hedaya rising from the grave. I've seen two versions of Blood Simple, one with this scene and one without.

Great movie.
