In addition to the exchange-traded warrants, the co. according to its annual report has issued options of hundreds of thousands of shares to its key people. If exercised there should be a significant dilution of the stock when the number of outstanding shares increases from the current 8.9 million to something in the 10 million range. Should happen sooner rather than later.
