Other interesting opportunities to monitor over time would be at Verizon, Sprint, AT&T and NTT in our view. Verizon is currently a customer of Sonus in the long distance market. A few years ago Verizon capped investment in Sonus, forging a deal with Nortel. We believe Nortel has not performed well, and Sonus is capturing share at Verizon. We also believe the Verizon acquisition of MCI accelerated opportunities for Sonus at Verizon. Verizon Wireless recently reported half of its margin improvement related to migration of traffic onto the MCI network, which provides substantial incremental demand for VoIP technology to support that traffic in our view.
