We can't deduce from this that Intel can't produce enough to satisfy some part of the mass market as well.

For a board that accepts on blind faith that AMD 65nm is in production even though fully functional 65nm part has never been seen, I find it ironic that Intel's schedule pullins and the fastest processor ramp in history are viewed with skepticism.
