CLinton forced congress to balance the budget by raising taxes, and he cooperated with them to cut spending. Clinton even shut down the government over it, remember, or let Gingrich shut down government. Dick Armey at the time said that if Clionton got his way we'd have another Great DEpression. Instead we had the most honest sustainable boom in our lifetimes. Including surpluses.

Bush-DElay's budget deficits are outrageous. They have had no plan to ever pay them off. It's called starving the beast. They want to leave the government so deeply in debt that we can't afford to do anything for our people, our environment or our infrstruacture, then it all becomes privatized and taxes turn into for-profit fees. Biggest ripoff scheme in worlkd history along with their gas gouging.
