Elmer, This is not correct. It was alleged by the JFTC. Intel chose not to bother contesting it. LOL. One of the more bizarre claims of yours. Yeah, Intel didn't "bother" contesting it, and instead chose to walk forever with a black eye... If you are innocent, you don't plea bargain... Joe
