1. Eggnog or hot chocolate? eggnog
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just set them under the tree? wraps them - his gifts all have that look that says "hand wrapped with love by head elf #1"
3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? just white - and lots of them. in the dark, they look like stars.
4. Do you hang mistletoe? no
5. When do you put your decorations up? the tree goes up on the 15th of december
6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? turkey dinner - all of it.
7. Favorite holiday memory as a child? my sister and i hiding in bed with dad on christmas eve waiting for santa. he'd say ... "did you hear that". and we always did. whatever it was. the reindeer's hoofs, or bells, or hohoho in the distance. we heard it all. after mom fed the dog, she'd join us.
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? my grade five teacher confirmed it one year after christmas. i always disliked that woman.
9. Do you open gifts Christmas Eve or Christmas morning? christmas eve - all of them.
10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree? slowly - it takes a long time.
11. Snow - Love it or dread it? at christmastime i love it.
12. Can you ice skate? oh yes.
13. Do you remember your favorite gift? (as a child) yes.
14. What's the most exciting thing about the holidays for you? the smells
15. What is your favorite holiday dessert? don't do desserts.
16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? sending and receiving cards.
17. What tops your tree? an angel
18. Which do you prefer - giving or receiving presents? giving but the receiving part is very nice too <s>
