Hi R.Barbe, Someone sent me your message and I am trying to understand what is an Installment Receipt and what does it mean to the investors in TRIAX Diversified High-Yield Trust. This trust was initilly issued at $8 (Canadian?) and has dropped to a low of $6.50 and is now selling for $7.40 or there abouts. What I don't understand is what is meant by "The trust's net asset value per installment receipt,.......,has increased from the $8.00 issue price to $9.09 as at Sept 23 1997."

Does this mean that those who have bought this trust will have to pay additional funds to this trust? If I buy this trust now at $7.40 will I have to pay another installment of $1.69 which is the difference between $7.40 and $9.09. Also I take it that all of these prices are in Canadian dollars.
