Holy cow! FAN announced today an $80 million offering at $0.50: farallonresources.com With the warrants, that's dilution of 240 million shares! It looks like FAN's fully diluted market cap will be about the same as MMG's now, with a small fraction of the resources and at a much earlier stage of development. I'm stunned that this company is able to sell that many shares in this offering. Is the demand for preproduction zinc miners that strong?
