Jim, I have been in ADI for a decade and it has been good to me. But ADI has got to do something in the near term. Plagued by scandals, management mis-steps, and a lack luster market, I think Fishman has got to go. Or the company should look to finally sell itself. I would love to see an Intel/Analog combination. I don't think selling off their DSP business makes sense, but that's just my opinion. I have been getting frustrated with ADI's stagnant share price and am thinking about selling. However, I know that when I get this way, something big tends to happen within months. What are your thoughts? I know you have followed ADI for a long time. Thanks. Tom
