I'm not a big fan of shelf filings. Not sure why ACAD is creating this overhang on their share price, especially when they have $3 per share in cash in the bank. ACAD's chart was borderline to begin with, now the shelf makes it worse. Next couple of days should give us an indication of where ACAD is going. Tom
