Didn't mean to get you defensive. My posting history can be compared to anyone's any day, but perhaps the emphasis should be on quality of posts and content generally contained therein. I'm one of the most "followed" posters on both SI and IHub. I have many "pretend ignores" but they, and many others, read my posts and I add value to the community.
Getting back on topic - my point to you was that your previous post indicated that they had already issued another 30 million shares. I didn't see anything in the citation you provided that indicated that and I quoted language from the S-8.

I'm not defending the company in any way and have commented that they have a history of issuing shares, killing rallies. However, I'd prefer posts to be precise when the author states factually in a post, as you did, and wondered if you, in fact, had evidence that those shares were actually issued. It seems that it is just your opinion at this point.
My own opinion on the stock is that they seem to have some good contacts and potential. I recall (not the name) that they retained someone recently with a strong background in the auto field. However, the dilution limits the upside, in my opinion. The grand predictions of the past are not likely to be reached, also my opinion. However, the share price has declined, significantly, with dilution, and, at this price, I've put some in my own very speculative, high risk, account. Again, just my opinion and not a recommendation for anyone else to buy, sell or poop. |
