OROGRANDE RESOURCES INC. - GRASSY LAKE- NEW PROJECT,
COMPANY UPDATES

CALGARY, ALBERTA--
GRASSY LAKE- NEW PROJECT

OroGrande has recently acquired this 100% owned volcanogenic massive sulphide
project, which is within the highly productive Abitibi Greenstone Belt,
Larder Lake Mining Division, northern Ontario. The seven claims protect 775
has. and are located 11 km to the east of hamlet of Shinning Tree.

The area is underlain by northeasterly trending intermediate and felsic
volcanics with interflow sediments which host massive sulphide (30 - 50%
pyrite, with chalcopyrite and bornite in old trenches at Kelvin Creek)
sections up to at least fifty feet in thickness. Regional prospecting
and mapping show that these units outcrop for at least 1.5 km and 1.0 km
within the claims.

A surface sampling program will start shortly.

McCLINTOCK Cu-Ni-Co PROJECT - UPDATE

Recent petrography work carried out in cores from the North Showing indicates
that our norites are fresh and similar to the marginal zone of the Nain
Plutonic Suite (Voisey's Bay) in mineralogy, texture and sulphide-silicate
relationship.

Prospecting and drilling of three other target areas have been defined from
our on-going data review and compilation.

NIZI EPITHERMAL GOLD PROJECT - UPDATE

Geological mapping and core re-logging by Madrona earlier this year improved
our understanding of the style of mineralization and the geology of the
claims. There now appears to be at least two rhyolitic domes within a large
pile of rhyolitic to dacitic volcaniclastics and flows, all intensively
hydrothermally altered. Its surface expression is defined along the ridge
top to be at least 200.m wide and 800m long, open in all directions and is
closely associated to the gold mineralization found, Drilling of a further
3,000 ft. in five drill holes was recently completed.

Assays will be reported as they become available.
