Scott,

I assume you are the same Scott I have been trading E-Mail correspondence with for the past several weeks.

As you can see I have found the thread about Canadian Stocks. Now for my question. What is the deal with TRIAX High Yield and this $7 installment due in 1998. Does this mean that if I buy this trust now at say $7.40 per unit that I will have to come up with and additional $7 per unit when the 1998 installment is due? Such a payment would in effect make this a negative income/dividend investment since the $7 installment is far greater that the dividends this trust has paid to date.

Also if you could either here or at my E-Mail address give me some fundamental info on Installment Receipts in general, especially when is it good to buy, sell or stay away from them?

I assume that all prices for this trust are in Canadian Dollars.

Charlie H.
