While you're here, I've been using that big batch of Rub on different meats. I did *2* bone in chicken breasts last nite and they turned out very well.

I squeezed the juice of 2 oranges in a 1 or 1 1/2 qt saucepan.
Then just eyeballed ...

2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP honey
2 TBSP of the Rub
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Reduced over med heat by .. say 1/2. [slow boil]

Brightened it up after reduced with a TBSP or tsp of Lemon juice. Let Cool .. Then basted the chicken on and off for about 1 hr or 1 hr 15 mins.

You could always stuff them with cheese rolled up in ham and then baste em but that's another variety.
