I lost count at 37,000,000 but that is old news....it is still earnings per share that matters. If they ever earn $1 a share or 37,000,000/year at a PE of 40 the stock is back to 40. Can QDEK ever earn $1...not in the near future, maybe next millennium. However, it can be pricewd at more than a PE of 40x under certain market conditions like internet fever and rapid earnings growth.
