Liar. Clinton didn't say that at all. It's one line taken out of context. Investigations have proven no such offer was ever made. There may have been conversations with the Saudis to take care of OBL because he's one of their elite sons, but no offers were made. Only one low-ranking individual claims an offer was made and he's a CLinton hater with no credibility. Also back in 1995 no one even knew if OBL was behind the bombings for sure. Or what Al Qaida was. That was not truly known until 1997-1998. Which is when Clinton went after the terrorists and killed many. Sandy Berger also denied any such offers were made. No one in DC ever heard about any such offers except from the rightwing press years later. meanwhilke Bush has had more than 5 years since 9-11 and no effort whatsoever to catch OBL. In fact they let him go at Tora Bora, deliberately it seems. or incompetently. Take your pick.
