I'm sorry, have you stopped to consider my question yet? That was: Would you say Osama was even weaker than Saddam in terms of WMD and military might? Since you've said we shouldn't care if Saddam harbored ill will toward the United States, I suppose that explains why you don't think this question is a valuable consideration.
