Sorry for the late reply. I just looked over a few old messages and saw yours. I don't have enough data to comment on the supply chain or inventory levels at GNSS's customer base but the rising inventory level at GNSS is a big red flag, in my opinion. Similar to your guess, I would say that the odds are very high that the supply chain is/was stuffed. I am sure that the Vista delays are causing trouble with many PC hardware manufacturers and their suppliers. Today's trouble could set up tomorrow's gains but we must watch the trends carefully. The combinations mentioned in my previous post with respect to inventory and A/R are easily reversible but I haven't seen any evidence that a reversal is imminent.

If it's only a first half of 2007 issue, we should see some encouraging signs in a few months. The stock price trend is down for GNSS, so I would look for some unexpected strength or an exaggerated drop before loading the boat with new purchases.
