Gary: playin the roll on this one gettin at .50 with a big enough stake could make you a few good profits. Good luck! About the filing - According to what Mr. Baker and Mr. Zani have told me, UMSI does not expect to see positive EPS this quarter mainly because of acquisitions and such. They expect to have positive EPS in the Dec. 31 filing. However, lots of people don't realize that this compnay has lots of revenue already. They seem to think that their future rides on FDA approval of their N-frared technology and this is flat out wrong. This will be UMSI's first public 10Q and I think it will be quite revealing as to the honesty of management and the possibility that the Dec. 31 filing will indeed be profitable. I for one am looking forward to reading this one. Good luck, Hraka
